For those that have 265/75's..How much would an a/t of this size rub in on road only situations?

If you use the stock rims of the liberty it will only rub when you turn, trimming the inside of the wheelwell will help alot, another thing that helps is to pound the pinch weld in. I ran 265/75/16 for a long time with minor rubbing before i had to switch too 245/75/16 and thats because I got Different rims, they were 16x8 and the 256's diden't fit anymore.

I run 265/75 R16's(MT/R's) on 16"x8" rims with 3.75" off backspacing and before the ARB bumber only rubbed at the pinch weld(pounded it flat no rub anymore)and the fog lamp access at full lock,if you use 4.25" or 4.50" back spacing would be better.265/75 R16's fit better on a 8" rim than a 7" rim and will wear better.

I've got an 04 w/ the Rocky Road OTT 2.5" on 265/75/16's and my tires only rub at full turn. I dont really mind, but when I'm at the beach or somthing and I have to make a sharp turn EVEYONE hears the tire rub and probably thinks its a really bad thing, so I'm gonna heat up and push forward the plastic behind the foglight. I know a lot of people have had problems with the pinch weld in the rear of the front fender.....my tires have never touched it. Even when I'm out wheeling.
