Is anyone using a 16x8 with 4" backspcing on a 265/75? I am looking at a set on M/T Classic locks with Richard Cepeck FC-II's and wanted to see if anyone has a similar setup. I know I am going to have to trim alittle bit to make it all clear. If some has a pic, can you post it? Thanks.

If you never plan on wheeling it, go ahead. If you do plan on wheeling do not go less than 4.5" of back spacing. If you do, be prepared for your tires to get chewed up and possibly tear off your flares at full stuff. Save yourself some heartache and go with a 4.5 to 5" BS wheel.

A 16 X 8 with 5" B.S. would be pushing the limit with 265/75's.
Cragar soft 8's come in that size, and the Rubicon Moab rims.

So I got the wheels and tires. They fit but rub in the front. I pounded down the pinch weld, but I think I am going to cut it out and weld the seam up. It should give it a little more room. I also need to do the clevis lift this weekend. I think it might work with some more triming. Here is a pic:

I like the set-up looks a bit familiar...I'm running 16x8" with 5" backspacing (i believe..haven't measured it b4) with 255/70/16 BFG M-Ts...
