Im about to get some new tires from Tread Wright Inc. but go figure they are out of the size I want 245/75 M/T so my question is should I get 245/75 A/T or 235/75 M/T? Im wanting to stay close to a 30" so that I dont kill my mpg's and lose a lot of power here are the tries im looking at: 245/75 A/T http://treadwright.com/Tires-245_75R16_AT-P91.aspx 235/75 M/T http://treadwright.com/Tires-235_75R15_OTR-P6.aspx |

I'd get the ATs, unless you see lots of mud. |

That is a fairly aggressive AT so unless you will be needing or really want an MT, the AT should be a good way to go. I'd go for the 245 if the price is right too. |

Those 235/75s are 15s, in case ya didn't notice. I like MT's, myself, and that's what I'd go with. If you can, wait 'em out. email and find out how long it'll be before they're back in stock. |

Not really fond of retreads, don't know if you realize that's what these are. Remanufacturing Info HOW A TIRE IS REMANUFACTURED: Remanufacturing tires is a valuable resource in saving our environment. While the tread of the tire may be worn away from highway use, many tire casings are valuable for their recycling potential. TreadWright, Inc. has 30 years of experience in providing high quality retread tires, saving the user money and saving our environment. But if I was interested, these look good for the price http://treadwright.com/Tires-245_75R16_OTR-P40.aspx |

If I have no lift and the stock renegade wheels will the 225/75-16's fit? Or will I have to modify something? I think I might get a set of these. |

No mud terrains in a 235/70-16. Closest thing there is in that size is the Cooper Discoverer ST...and I'm not a fan of those;) |
