I don't think Axles are bent, as there is no tire wobble
Yeah if both sides are positive toe then you got a bent tube which places alot of stress on the axle and bearings.0.83 degrees is alot and causing damage to more then just your tires,0.41 degrees is alot but not terrible.I'll tell you finding a shop to straighten the tubes will be hard to find and the cost may not be cheap.I know of one here in Colorado that does great work and the price is not bad but I do not know your location.
If one side was negitive and the other positive then you would have a mis-aligned rear diff caused by worn bushings or bent control arms.
Also just wondering what the rear "thrust angle" is? If that is on the report they printed you.
