can you move or install new TPMS stems in the MOAB rims? I am looking at a set of 5 and need to decide rather quickly.

yes. it'll be most financially efficient to use your old ones.

x2 I had them transfered into my Moab's without an issue...just had to buy new seals.

Liar!

wait, don't you mean you have to install them so the valve stem is INSIDE the wheel and the sensor is OUTSIDE for them to work? :D

I bought a set of Standard Brand TPM-17 sensors (metal stem version w/ rubber seal) that are compatible with the '06 Liberty's and had them installed in my Moab wheels, now I am having nothing but problems with them leaking at the seals. I have even had the local Discount Tire try and rebuild them and still the same problem.

Today as a test Discount Tire tried a a newer rubber style sensor which seems to have no issue with sealing.

So my dilemma is do I just change all 5 of them out to the rubber style stems and try to return the ones I bought through Amazon (beyond their 30-day return policy) or find another solution to make the Standard Brand TPM-17 sensors work. I am open to suggestions for making the ones I have properly seal.

What brand and model of sensors have others successfully used on their Moab wheels?
