Besides maybe cheaper and more availability of tires sizes, what advantage of dropping down to 15" rims? |

Sweetness....time to break out the razor blade and do some trimming ![]() ![]() Tire selection is the biggest positive going with 15" rims. |

I have to agree. PLUS I was tired (funny pun) of my MTRs; loud, heavy, harsh. These are made of a softer rubber compound, C Load, and MUCH quieter - I wouldn't mind running them on the street daily. Also steel rims will most likely not crack like I've seen aluminum do (swampthing). PLUS, I don't know what kind of Jeep (YJ, TJ) I'll be driving in the future, but if the axles have a 4.5 on 5 BP, I've got a set of good offroad tires to bring with em. |

come on Mitch more pictures needed! You are right about the MTRs being heavy etc. When I bought the Moabs and put them on mine and went for a ride could not beleive how much heavier the steering/ and even taking off / stopping felt, lots of difference. |

I'm probably picking up 300 or so pumpkins/flowers/ other supplies for our church's fall festival Sat night. I would like to black out the wife's libby, but will probably just stick with the alum factories since it won't be wheeled....and it's her's ![]() |

If i'm not mistaken, they painted them with the tires on the wheel with spray paint and clearcoat. |
