| Post subject: | Tires for kj |
Hello boys I wanted a your opinion on the better tires us for the ns kj. Mine currently mounts those of series and to single km 26,000 they stretch to being ovalizzati. I am speaking about schifosissimi the Good Year Wrangler. I have already made them to turn two times, but they are just they therefore. For the next change, I would be oriented on the Bf Goodrich All Terrain TA/KO, than I have felt some to speak a lot indeed and much good, then I have known that Bf Goodrich has been absorbed from "mythical" the Michelin. |

I don't mean to be rude but your post is a little difficult to understand. I have heard that the BF Goodrich A/T KO's are very nice tires. |

It looks like crosy wrote his post in Italian and then used babelfish to translate. Maybe if he wrote back in Italian I could help him out.... |

as far as AT's go, you won't find any better than the Bridgestone Dueler AT's or the Yokohama Geolander AT's. I've never really been a fan of BFG's AT tires, but I also haven't tried the "new" BFG ATs yet. |

I"ll second the Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo's...just got a set put on my Jeep Friday and got a chance to test them in the rain and mud today. These things will run circles around the Goodyears. I went down a mud road today that used to almost need low range to get down with the stock tires on, and I never left 2wd today! |

I ran the AT KO's on a wrangler several years ago and they did excellent in most categories. They didn't self clean very well in mud, but no AT does. I would definetly buy them again it I wanted an AT tire. |

Firestone Destination A/T. Couldn't be happier. I don't known what brands of tires are available in Italy though, we could be giving advice that is irrelevant to this jeeper. |

Yeah, my Cooper MT's that came on my KJ can't wear out soon enough...I miss the Duelers that were on my Trooper. |

I see that they are not the only one to think that the BF Goodrich are the "best ones". Quì in Italy is known and used. Thanks to all of your answers. Beautiful boys yours kj with the beacons on the roof! To the next one. Andrew KJ crd 2.5 diesel year 2003 hours 08.15 |

I'll also put in a good word for the BFG AT/KO's as long as you're not going into MUD. If you're going to use them for mud you will be disappointed, but no more than you would with any other AT tire (I say this because here in Florida mud is a primary terrain). For other terrain, the BFG AT/KO's are excellent tires. Luis |

I got a pair of 245/70/16 BFG A/T KO and they are a 5 ply tire, they perform excellent when I had them on and they are almost 1/3 heavier than my 245/75/16 A/T 6 Ply tire that I use most of the time. Great all around tire and quiet on the road. |
