I recently put some snow tires and wheels on my Liberty, and chose not to transfer the little Tire Pressure Monitor transmitters to the new wheels. To my surprise, for the first 15 miles or so away from the transmitters the TPM display was reading...although the numbers were changing. Then I finally got the "Check TPM System" error. 15 miles...Must be strong transmitters!
