I have the stock steel wheels on my o6', I want to run 245/75R16 MT's. Will I have to run the spidertrax 1 1/2" spacers to prevent alot of rubbing, or will I bo ok with just the wheels. I will be putting on a lift of atleast 2 1/2 inches. Any help would be appreciated.

In my experience, running the stock wheels will give you the most clearance and least rubbing.

I'm running a 2.5" spacer or OTT lift on my Liberty Sport and I don't seem to have any rubbing with my 245/75R16 tires but that's stickly highway driving. If I go offroad I am expecting some rubbing and some trimming to be required.

Likely spacers on stock rims will only prevent you from rubbing on the inner fenders but then you'll be rubbing on the outer fender wheel wells.
Here's a pic of my ride;

The next time I change my rims/tires I'll try a set of 1.5" spacers I have laying about and take some pics.
