Would I have any issues running 265/75 ( 31.8" ) tires with the 2.5 " Frankenlift ?
Already have the pinchweld pounded down and am running spacers.

How much would I need to trim away to get the tires to fit nicely ?

Your width is going to be 10.4" ... That's very wide. You can forget about tucking when you flex. And if you are using spacers they are going to be out even more. What is the offset of your wheels? How much lift do you have?

rim backspacing 4" I think...

The frankenlift gave me 2.5" - 3" of lift

you can def. tuck 265/75 with spacers.. here is a picture of mine against the bumper stop... 27675's and 1.25in spidertrax spacers i have a frankenlift and had to beat down the pinch weld.. and trim the front bumper/inner fender to avoid rubbing... and you'll need either spacers or aftermarket wheels to get them off the swaybar. but DEF. do able and i suggest it :)

i now have 16x7's with 4in backspacing and they act exactly the same as my stock wheels with 1.25in spacers.. same stuffing..same clearance in the front.

A lot of trimming is required of the front fender flares, the pinch weld (as stated), correct backspacing on the wheels, and possibly relocate the washer bottle.

I'm running 265/75's on Moab rims with a Frankenlift and an ARB bumper with the washer bottle in the stock location and the pinch weld flattened with almost no rubbing.

What about flexing ? did you extend the bumpstops ?

frankenlift comes with extended ones for the rear

Mine were way too short though.
They were like 2" and I have 3" now and still get a ton of rear rub at full flex.

um ... I don't have any bumpstops in the rear and I'm running a 2.5" Daystar spacer with my Frankie. Don't ask, long story.

Put the new tires on today and only have rubbing at full turn.

Flexing will be another story... fully expecting to rip fenders off
