I have an 06 CRD and my Frankenlift arrived today. I'm hoping to have the lift installed this weekend and then shopping for duratracs. I think I want 245/75/16's, anyone else with this combination have size or fitment input?

Thank you.

Actually that is a good size all around. Not too tall to get into lots of cutting etc., you don't lose much power if any and still looks good I think

good choice

No, I don't like white letters. After taking a second look at the pic of your KJ, I noticed the white letters on the inside. I don't care for that either but those tires do look great on your Jeep.

Decisions, decisions...

Jerry, you do know that the smallest tire for the Nitto's are 285/70 right :/

If it is the terra grapplers you are referring to, I think I saw 265/70R16 and 265/75R16 on amazon.com a couple of weeks ago.

So the duratracs ar on the kj.... my buddy mounted them today while i was at work... only rub slightly he said at full lock on the front bumper...

can not wait to get back into my jeep when i get out of here.

also on a side note.... apparently all of the mechanics in his shop were telling him that the tires are pretty cool. and that the KJ is looking really good.

that made me happy to hear. especially since all the guys all drive wranglers. lol

Can't wait for pics, I feel like I have been there and helped work on it
May have to reform the inside area behind the bumper, heat gun and a few minutes time

Its cool when Wrangler owners make postive comments isn't it?

Or just install an ARB bumper and you wont need to do any reforming.......... Then the Wrangler guys will think you are really cool 8)
