Does anyone have any experience with these tires? Are they loud, do they wear okay, do you like em....do they stick to the rocks? |

My buddy has these on his Dodge Ram 2500. They are super quiet for the tread design, there is a little rumble going slow, then nothing after that. Way quieter than my MT/R's ![]() |

Well if they are quieter than my ProComp MTRs that is great. As for mud...well you know that we don't get much of that here. I am more conerned about them holding on to rocks. Thanks for the info. |

Don't know about the the compound on the xterrains, but my PC X-M/T's chunk horribly on the rocks... Traction and milage were good, but because of all the issues with the loosing tread on obstacles (and balancing issues afterwards), I probably will never buy them again. |

Buddy of mine ran a set on his Toyota pickup for a while, 35's, not very good in mud, didn't self clean on trails, useless in the snow, but great on rocks. I ran 37 inch Mickey Thomspon bias ply Claws on my 4runner, and our other trail buddy 36 inch Iroks, and the Xterrains couldn't keep up. The voids aren't big enough in relation to the block size for the sticky/sloppy stuff. I guess it depends on what they will be used on. He ended up selling them. Just an opinion. |

Thanks for the replys folks....I will be mostly rock running and sand as I live in the desert. I already bought them so I guess I will learn the hard way if they suck. My ProComp MTs were awesome tires, wore well, were really sticky on the rocks and looked tough. |

Just an update...these tires are quieter than my ProComp M/T's and seem to have very good traction on the rocks. Haven't wheeled em wet yet though... |
