Anyone taken down the trim ring around the sunroof?

I'd like to know how to properly remove the trim ring around the sunroof opening? I want to sometime pull down my headliner to see if there is room to mount a multi-switch assembly in front of (toward the vehicle's rear of) the little light pod area that hangs down at the front and center of the roof headliner. I'd rather not destroy the sunroof trim ring (and it is a valid concern because I don't have the best luck with hidden fasteners as I have broken quite a few in my day).

I'd appreciate any help or pointers anyone could provide.

Thanks.

Any idea what the code for the bulbs that go in the map lights for that overhead console? I tried using Slyvania's site to look up the codes but it has 2 different codes for the map lights because there are 2 different kinds of overhead consoles.
