I am looking at getting 15" rims. What is the correct backspacing to get without a lift, and would it be the same with a lift. Also what width is best to get?? Thank you very much

brian

Stock backspacing on the 16's is 5.5" BS; 7" wide

Do you want to keep your stock backspacing? I don't think the BS matters lifted vs unlifted, but I do know that it helps out with fitting wider tires.

Most people have stuck with around 4-4.5" of BS. If you get wheels with 4.5" of backspacing, your wheels will stick out further from your fenders and will allow more room near the swaybar (make sure your fenders are clear too though)!

There is a lot of info that comes up if you do a search on "Backspacing"
