Searched and searched but couldn't find this specific situation. These will be put on after a OME lift. Any issues with this for trimming, rubbing, the 8" wheel giving issues, the backspacing giving issues, ect? http://www.quadratec.com/products/92613_201X_B_PG.htm Those are the wheels. Yes they look like Cragar soft 8's but the fact they are alloy makes me wonder if they weigh less.

If you have atleast a 2" lift you will be perfectly fine. No issues with anything |

I would think they'd rub. My 255s rub on stock wheels. With wheels that sit out farther and are an inch wider, I'd imagine that those will rub pretty bad. |

I figured pushing them out farther would be better for them.. Maybe not to that degree then. So on your stock wheels, where do they rub? Sway bar? |

Currently, mine rub the inner fender liner, the pinch weld slightly, and are a fraction of an inch away from rubbing the air dam up front. If you decrease your backspacing from the stock 5.5" to 4.5"...you are pushing the edge of the tire that much farther out. So in my case, my tire would thrash my pinch weld and my air dam to bits in no time at all. The inner liner would not rub anymore....but the stuff outside would rub worse. It's all a game of geometry. Now...having said that, I've only got about 2" of lift at most. If you lift yours...you might end up with 2.5" since you have a gas KJ. I'm not for certain if that will make a big difference or not, but it could. I guess the main thing I'm trying to say is, take some measurements and be sure before you buy your wheels and tires. I'd lift it and then see where you are with your new tires....THEN get wheels after you can get measurements...but that is only my opinion. |

Also depends on what you do with the lift, only use springs nothing else, or springs, clevis, top plate etc. Bumpstops you'll need front and rear to save tearing off the flares, possibly up to 3 inches for the rear |

Wasn't doing a clevis or anything until it settled down. I've already thrown the wheels out of the equation, but the tire size I wanted to keep. Yea I'm already beginning to plan for just tires and go from there. |

I found some MOABs and spacers in MD for cheap. Wanna go? I am looking at the spacers. Maybe the MOABs if they fit right. Still looking for pictures. |

You will rub with the 8" wide rim.A mall crawler would be fine but that's about it. |
