I would like to know your opinion about what tires are best: Wrangler MTR, or BF Goodrich Km2. And do you think of tires like Maxxis, Federal, Kumho, Dunlop and Hankook.
Thanks for your answers, this is my first question in this forum. I'm from Colombia and I have a 3.7 Liberty Mechanical 2006 and I have been following your forum for some time and has helped me a lot of experience like that of Mexican friends. Sorry because my English is not very good.

From personal past experiencing with BFG tires and the old style MT/R's I would say the new MT/R's are far better of a tire and you couldn't pay me to run a BFG.

Oh and the KM2's may not be around for much longer anyways.

Best MT I ever used was the Mastercraft Courser MT (made by Cooper Tires).

Second best was probably a tie between the Dayton Timberline MT (made by Bridgestone/Firestone) and the Cooper Discoverer STT.

The TreadWright Guard Dogs were also very good overall...but those Coursers were the bomb. They dug like tank tracks.

Junk tires for the super cheap person about all those tires you listed are for.

Buy good tires, not one made in china.

The best MT tires made are made here in the US and are all Interco products, may not balance but can't beat the offroad performance.

Wow. Talking a lot of **** for somebody who's never even used them, aren't we?

I'll put a Mastercraft MT up against any mud tire you choose any day of the week.

And for the record, NONE of the tires I listed were made in China. Do some research. They are of North American origin.
