I need to know if the rubicon rims and tires will fit on an 05 liberty not lifted. i can get a good deal on them but i have to trade in my rims and tires to get them. i won't do any offroading if necessary until i get a lift but i can not let this deal pass.

thank you

brian

They will rub but if it's a good enough deal GO FOR IT!!! The front is where it will rub-do a clevis lift-its free and will take care of the rubbing...

i've had rubicon rims on my unlifted '05 sport for about a month now. They look great, and I haven't noticed any rubbing to this point (no offroading). Even remounted the stock tires for now to save a few bucks.

the Rubi rims will fit. They will increase the track about an inch each side. the Rubi tire WILL NOT fit unless the KJ is lifted. Plane/simple and learned from trying. I am running 255/65/16's on the Rubi rims w/o a lift and love the car now, didn't before. Now it looks like a Jeep, handles like a skateboard and rides like a heavier car. Best move I could have made!!!!
