I would like to see what a 245/70R16 looks like on a stock KJ. If anyone has these please post pictures. If yours is lifted that's ok too. I'm thinking about getting General Grabber AT2's for my KJ.

Thanks

Son of a gun! I could've swore mine were 215s but they're 235s! Whats the largest I can go with minimal rub on my stock renegade? 245/75r16?

highest u can go if you have a 2.5" lift is 265. maybe even 285 but thats pushing it. If you have mods... i have some 285 BFGs i put on my KJ.theyre huge.. but my ARB bumper leaves a lot of room for the tires... but still cuts it close. stock suspension i think biggest is 245

need more than 2.5 inches to fit 32s plus lots of trimming, 285s :ROTFL: cut out everything and hope
Power, well you have none left to use OD

lol idk what lifts you buy. but 2.5 inch lift is enough for 265's and.. with 285's u just get rubbing and like no movement lol. if u trim the plastic down you have room. i know.. i did it. :ROTFL: ill take a pic when i get home

although with this theres not much room for movement of the tires. hence why im lifting it higher. 8)

it also helps that the engine isnt all stock.. so i have power

sorry brettacuff for going off topic on what you want to see but.............

again 2.5 inches is not enough room for 32-33 inch tires, well unless all you do is go straight. 2.5 inches of lift puts you at 21.5 inches from middle of the wheel to bottom of the flare, Ok for a 30 inch but man real tight for anything bigger.
I don't buy lifts, I build them  and OMEs the only way to go.
If you don't have room for the tire to move up and down in the wheelwell no use to install it
