couldn't find it in a thread soooo....
I'm thinking about getting the Ultra "Maverick" in a 16x8, chart says it needs 4 7/8 backspacing and +10 offset. I was thinking about putting duratrac 265/75/16s on em with a Franky 2.5" lift and JBA 4.5 UCAs.

Is this a bad idea?

that rim size and backspacing is very similar to the MOAB wrangler rim alot of people use. however you might need more lift to fit those tires and expect plenty of trimming.

pesky regearing! yeah, that's in the plans too. just trying to decide if I should switch to a steel diff at the same time. money is a problem though. i may have to do a 245/75/16 for now and switch diffs and gears together at a later time.
MONEY PIT! :furious:

But I'm enjoying the *bleep* out of it :D
