Found them at discounttiredirect for decent deal and was wondering about there sizes. Looked at hankooks web site states 225 75 16 is taller than 235 70 16? Is the stock goodyears 225 75 16? Maybe a typo on there specs? Say's 235 is 29 inches. I should have asked questions on tires first but thought they would work fine. Is Yokohama at/s considered a better tire or Hankooks. I am looking for beefier tire one most similar to bfg ko AT without the price.

From the sets that have come in my shop they run heavy for there size and as bad if not worse to balance then BFG's.I wouldn't expect much from a tire made in china.

I could change my order if needed right now. What about sizes why am I thinking 225 75 is smaller than 235 70? I would think heavy is good on tire.

225/75R16 is just a tad taller then 235/70R16's,not by much,something like a 1/4" if I remember.

I just see you have a CRD and most of you guy's are only mpg's so a heavy tire is not mpg friendly, they will reduce mpg's.

Didn't notice a drop in MPG's when I got these as a replacement for my nearly bald stock tires. They're pretty capable in the rain, but I haven't had the chance to test them out on anything but rain and black ice.

Here's what they look like on a KJ that isn't lifted :(.

ATM's are really good tires.
They work pretty good off road and excellent in the wet.
Had 'em on all my work trucks and the KJ when we first bought it.
If I were in the market for an A/T tire I wouldn't hesitate to buy the again.
