Well its about to be tire time for me and 35's aren't exactly cheap. I'm considering going with retreads. People who are running them, do you see any difference compared to stock outside of cost?

My 35" MT/R Kevlars are cheaper then about 50% of the tires we sell at work and none are bigger then 33".Put a set of RevoII's on a pickup(265/70R17's) and they ran more for 4 tires mounted/balanced then 5 of my 35" MT/R's mounted and balanced.

They run a grand + for 4. That's my dilemma. Otherwise mtr/K's are my preferred choice

You want to stay with a off road type tire I guess? I ran Treadwright's for 40,000 + miles they wore well, balanced with 2oz on the worst one out of six. Switched to Super Swampers just cause.

The Swampers are wearing fast. They will never do 40,000 miles. The traction is incredible. Craigslist might be a good source also.
