is this a smart buy? i don't have a lift so will these wheels cause any problems at full lock?

skip those. they will stick outside your wheel well by 2" and rub everywhere.

what would be the ideal size cragar's to go with?

i would suggest against cragars. i had them before and they killed my power and mileage. unless you have lift and/or you are willing to cut they will give you problems. even a 7" rim with a factory sized tire will rub. gets some good lookin all terrains and paint your stock rims black.

haha it's funny you say that i currently have my stock wheels painted black

i currently have 225/70/16 tires on my jeep, will getting 245/70/16 tires affect MPG?
