Tirerack does not list any MT's in the 265/70/16 size.
either 265/75/16 or 245/75/16

(AT's yes MT's no)

A little late in posting but it might help the op.

Nitto Trail Grappler M/T and Toyo Tire Open Country M/T
that has 70 series M/T tires.
Both Nitto and Toyo LT285/70R16 Overall diameter: 31.89 inches. Overall width: 11.5 inches.

In LT265/70R17 there are a few M/T tires available.

neither lists a 265/70/16 on their sites.

granted the 285/70/16 is the same height as a 265/75/16 -
but the added width will cause lots of problems (the 265/75's will require some work but lots of folks run them)

Yeah 265/70-16 is the biggest I can go at this point. The Dynapro MT ARE available in outher countries...this is the thing I dont understand. Why different sizes available for different countries? I found a local places that has a set of STT in that size so I will go with those.
