Hi,

I am looking to buy a set of ProComp 16x7 Back space 4 and then fit them with 235/85R16 (or 245/75R16 maybe 265/70R16). As I am in the UK, I have to order them specially, so I want to know if these will fit correctly for the tyres I want to fit giving me enough backspace clearance. I know a lot of you run them on you KJ. Also I would help to see how much the Wheels come out of the arch, photos much appreaciated. I have been running Spacers 1.25 with standard Alloys 5.5 back space and I can live with it, but rather have a better set up.
These are the two models I am considering PCW52-6766 or PCW98-6765 on the ProComp website:http://www.procompusa.com/tools/filters/wheel-finder.aspx?bp=5+on+4.5&df=16.00&dt=16.00&finish=Black&ptID=100021&pg=1

The maroon one has 16X7 / 4 inches of backspacing and 245-75-16 tires on it
That will give you some idea as to how they look
hope that helps some

Hi Tom

thank you, I think that is about right and doesn't come out as much as with spacers on (can't quite see as the KJ isn't straight), i think 1/4 inc less.
I suppose fitting 235/85R16 should be fine to and shouldn't be getting to much rubbing against the sway bar. I suppose with my lift I will still need to pound the Pinch weld..

I have 235/85s and there will be some rubbing. I have also trimmed the bottom of my bumper.

Tom / Megalos,

thank you for the feedback, now it's a question of finding how has them over here in the UK or how long it will take to get them over from the US. Shame they don't come painted in gray... guess you can't have it all.
