They also come in an 'extreme' design that I found pictures of but nothing about buying them.

Treaddepot as the best online price... that 4wheel parts will match!

They are light weight and have mileage warranty even on the LT sizes...

They aren't that aggressive compared to the commercial traction tires out there, but they are near the top of my list for new tires come the new year!

The "extreme" only come in certain sizes at the moment. A few guys on the Dodge Cummins Forum have bought them recently.

From what I hear, TreadDepot has poor customer service. 4Wheel Parts has good customer service, hence why i would support them.

I currently have the Toyo A/T's on my XJ. There's nothing overly special about them, but they have done very well in the snow and mud for an A/T tire. The A/TII has sparked my interest because they are more aggressive than their predecessor. Toyo’s are good tires, and I noticed that the A/TII that I've seen are made in the USA.

Very Nice! But those ARE the extreme... More aggressive, more void

For me (in Hawaii) I could never order tires online, the shipping is around 100$ per tire, but 4wheel parts price matches, so I'd go with them. Those pictures are really swaying me to the Toyo's!

I called Toyo, and for right now, the smallest XTREME tire is the 285/75/R17. They said Toyo may expand the XTREME into other sizes based on marketing demand.

For those who are looking at these tires, it is good to know that Toyo has 3 shoulder designs. The extreme also has deeper tread depth.

P-Metric & Metric Sizes = Mid-scalloped shoulder
LT-Metric & Floatation Sizes = Scalloped shoulder
Xtreme sizes = Deep scalloped shoulder

Have you seen a chart of what exact sizes are in "extreme?"

I was more just curious because I had no luck (even on their site) surprising that the 33ish on 17" wheel was the smallest they make :juggle:

Yeah, i was a little disappointed also. A 33" tire is considered small on a pickup truck now these days.

Unfortunately I'm unable to find that chart. I spent 15 minutes this morning trying to find it. You may want to call Toyo if you want the most current information. The last I checked, the smallest XTREME tire was in the 285/75/R17. They did say based on customer feedback and demand, they would expand their XTREME sizes if there was enough interest.

I have run both Firestone Destination A/T and Hankook Dynapro ATM tires and my preference of the 2 is the Hankook. My opinion was better in snow and the little mud I usually see, also very good on wet roads. I think the Firestones may be a touch quieter on the road, albeit minimal.

All that said, made in USA is a huge selling point for me. People working here and conforming to environmental standards is important.

I will check out Toyos when I need tires in the future. Maybe by then sizes in the style I want would be available.

What I found searching was teh 285/ and 35" on 17s being the smallest. It was a huge weight jump to the EXTREME size also, which is surprising. I really like my tire size but there are a very limited selection for when the BFGs wear out.
