I've decided to not get the lift and stuff and will be getting rid of the Moabs I currently have on the Jeep. I want to get a set of Soft 8 style wheels and stick with stock sized tires. (yes I know I may still have to pound the pinch weld, but my Moabs fit fine with no rubbing so I'm not too worried.)

Anyhow, does anyone know of an alloy soft 8 style wheel that is 16x7 and 5x4.5? or am I stuck with the steel wheels? I've checked a lot of the 4x4 websites but don't seem to be able to find any...

A lot of companies have issues with alloy off road rims. So if you want the weight savings go with either forged aluminum or cast just make sure to know the pros and cons first. And know aluminum rims aren't cheap but are lighter then any steel that is the same weight.
