If i remember correctly that was the last brand of tire purely produced in the USA.

No doubt this will maximize corporate profits through out sourcing and environmental terrorism, :grim: under the guise of giving the consumer more options at an elevated price. :5SHOTS:

Not to start down the political road, but I wonder where the country would be today if Ross Perot had actually won the presidency in '92. After all he was right about NAFTA. Seems both partys have set this trend of globalization/ outsourcing of American businesses/ jobs since then.

I have wondered about this myself.

Seems like I saw a set of cooper tires that already weren't made in the USA. Maybe I'm mistaken though.
