That shows .35 mm.

Don't get me wrong, I WANT to have proper wheels but how am I supposed to know? Should I believe the ebay listings?

I have some dial calipers I can use to measure differeneces but I don't know how to set up an accurate test without oem wheels.

If these were cnc machined wheels and I saw the cad drawings I would have faith... but stamped steel?? Who knows...I guess I am a skeptic until I can prove to myself either one way or the other...

...excuse the late night ramblings...

Looks fine using my wheel adapter.

I will try and put in on the rear end itself soon!

Well by the numbers on the wheel it seems they are the correct ones and shold fit.
I have read through a bunch of different forums last couple of days on this.
:dizzy: :dizzy:
But if that number says its the same as the KJ then you're good to go as long as it fits over the hub
Now weigh them and see how much more/less they weigh than the Moabs
Oh and double check the back spacing

Need suggestions on color scheme!!!

Using same tires but I need to pick up TPMS stems... so a slow process.

Test fitting on rear end first then Clean and paint in the next few weeks!

In case you haven't seen this:

http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f11/17x7-mopar-steelies-255-75-jk-rubicon-bfgs-1169862/

That was the original thread that got my thinking about these. He says 67 lbs, where as I weighed my JK wheels WITH spidertrax at 76 lbs, so I sure am hoping for a savings. I will weigh the steelies ASAP

See how he painted his wheels grey here?

Image

Image

I am thinking using green like the J8 on mine but with a black center cap like above (I love the J8 btw)

Image

Image

But all black (hammered black) would work too...

Image

Image

And this is my current color combo (the flares will be darker black soon)

Thanks for the input so far guys!

I'm a big fan of the grey. They look very utilitarian.

Just so I'm on the same page as you, the wheels that you bought, pictured below, are from either a 300c, Challenger, or Magnum, correct? So if I were to start looking for them online, they might be advertised as a 5 X 4.5 or 5 X 115 bolt pattern, right? They should also be advertised as a 17" X 7" rim with a 71.5mm center bore and 4.5" of backspacing.

I really like the Cherokee center cap. I would have to see it with a Liberty center cap before commenting (under the assumption it fit).

Better tire size in 17 ;)

I bet they are 5.5 bs plus too many holes lol. There are new wheels 16x7 5.5 bs with 8 holes for like 60 on ebay

I like the KJ center cap, and I think it would look good if painted to match the wheel, but I still like the XJ center cap better. Although, I would rather have a KJ center cap over not having a center cap.
