Tirerack.com has all the specs on their website, including tire diameter. If they don't list circumference, it is 2*PI*r where PI is 3.14xxx... And r (radius) is 1/2 the diameter. Divide a mile by the circumference and you have revolutions per mile. (Make sure both are in the same units first, either inches or feet.)
