So im wanting to go with a 31 x 10.50 but i cant find any steel wheels with the right offset, my understanding is a 7inch wide wheel needs +12offset to equal 4.5" back spacing and a 8" wide wheel needs 0 offset for 4.5" back space, was looking at soft 8s but cant find in that size.

TL: DR

I need 15x7 +12 or 15x8 0, preferably steel and cheap

Anyone have recommendations? I live in Canada.

15x7 with 4" backspacing. Done. Summit racing, Jegs both have it.

Will I be okay without that extra half inch bs? Someone on here or jeepkj was saying they needed 4.5 for best fit

Steel wheels probably will fit and clear because of reduced metal thickness but watch out for any aluminum wheel. I tried jeep aluminum 15" wheels and they hit the tie rods. I think they were Canyons. The backspacing will need to be correct or maybe spacers will be needed.

Best fit for a lifted Liberty is a 7" wide, 4" backspacing. Been saying this for 7 years now......
