Hi,

my 2008 Voyager won't start, it has a P0366 code.
It has a 2.8 CRD (VM motori VM64C) engine.
The camshaft sensor has been changed with no success.
Do you happen to know where is the crankshaft sensor?

Thanks for your help.

CPS is located on right side of engine below exhaust manifold as shown in picture 1.
There is a heat shield that must be removed to gain access to the electrical connector and the sensor as shown in picture 2.

Thank you WWDiesel.
It is different on my engine, but I finally found it.
It is under the member supporting the engine mount.

Hello, Raymonk:

The CRD engine in your Voyager is transversely mounted; yes?

If so, I would be VERY interested in an old, non-functioning, O.E. engine thermostat assembly.

If you have one or if you can secure one, please let me know. I want to modify my Hot Diesel Solutions Model 001 engine thermostat assembly to be used with transversely mounted engines as the hose barbs go in different directions than the thermostat assembly on longitudinally mounted engines.

PM and e-mail sent.

Hello, Raymonk!

I have yet to see any response from you.

I am looking for an old, non-functioning engine thermostat from a transversely mounted V.M. Motori R428 engine like that which would be found in your Voyager. CAN YOU FIND ONE FOR ME?

Jeff
