Hello members, I have N-Reg diesel Ford Fiesta; after long sections of down hill I get an bad smelling smoke coming out from under the front left side wheel. This happens regardless of whether I use low gears to keep the car's speed in check downhill or the brakes. here Any one have any ideas please suggest me ?I have check the oil level also but wonder if it might be something to do with the engine coolant; should the level be between the min and max line when the car is cool or when it is running ? Please let me know your suggestions...!! Thanks.! Brad |

Brad, Is this engine in a Jeep? If not, you might have better luck at a forum for your Ford Fiesta. (then again, one of our friendly diesel enthusiasts might have some ideas for you) |
