Do I have to replenish urea in my 07 CRD which I just bought but not taken posession of yet?

It is a bendz engine and after reading this article I would say it does have bluetec if its a 2008 maybe not of its a 2007.

I have an 07 WK CRD.
It does not use bluetec.
It just has a dpf. Nothing to add. It just needs to be cleaned out ($$$) at around 150,000 miles.
