Jeep told me it will have same options as commander???

Locking D-44? I don't think so.

I ain't gettin burned again by buying the intro model prototype and havin to settle for Powertrash no-slip. :lol:

Going to get the 4X4 too, I think...Only for snow and ice though

I could be getting this all wrong but wouldn't it have the same rear diff as the Nitro, lim slip.

Jeep.com build for the 2008 says 8.25 corp rear axle with 3.21 axle ratio

Thats gonna SUCK for towing a trailer !!!

That is only with the 6-speed, because it it geared so low. The auto still has the 3.73

You are right, when I select the limited it shows a 3.73

The sport is 3.21

That kinda sucks even more, cause you gotta pay 5 grand extra for a 3.73's and GHETTO wheels

Guess its time to buy the wrangler

No it just Jeep's website still has the same bug it has had for years. It only lists towing capacity and gear ratio for the base equipment at the particular model. The 6-speed it the base transmission for the Sport so it shows the 3.21 gears regardless of the transmission selected.

Back when the KJ had the 4-cylinder option it always listed the Sport as having 4.10 gear ration regardless of engine selected.
