Hope you find out and get them real soon! I'm a little hesitant now to order mine, I may just go to the Dealership and get a quote on them.

Since this is random, I saw a JKU with a nice lift and mods to it. It belongs to a mid 20s cute employee at the local hardware store. Though I didn't take a picture of it.

You can buy them cheaper via Amazon...I bought my transmission and transfer case there and would've bought the engine skid I wanted to save the $10 from a weird site that I wouldn't recommend...

Just dropped it off at the Dealership to have the Mopar trailer harness installed. Should be ready for pick up in a couple hours, it looked crazy busy there today though so I'm not gonna get my hopes up lol.

Definitely post pictures when you get it back. I'm curious to see if they do a good job cutting the bumper.
Got plans of what you'll do with the hitch when not towing? D-ring?

When I do finally get them, do you guys think I should paint them before I install them? I was thinking a textured black.

Oh no I just meant the wiring harness. I already installed the hitch myself, but I wanted all the wiring to be done professionally. I'll probably just have the receiver cover on.

It wouldn't hurt to paint them before they go on that way you don't have to remove them later on and paint them.

No reason to paint them. They're already painted. I beat up my skids over the weekend though and they needed to be repainted or they would just rust away..

No worries! Cutting the bumper was probably the easy part of the install.

Maybe just apply a couple of clear coats?

Got the tracking number...UPS says it'll be here Monday haha. I think I'll let you guys in on the secret when i gets here, since it'll be a bit until I can actually install it haha.

Skid plates may be within reach soon. Tracking says they're just 2 towns over, but this is the message attached, "WE'RE ATTEMPTING TO VERIFY THE PACKAGE LOCATION. / LOST PACKAGE INVESTIGATION"

How far of a drive is those two towns? I'd drive right up to the UPS store and question the manager. And refunded your shipping charges!

Pricy, like 320. Didn't want to bother with Amazon. I don't pay shipping however

Bought it today, should arrive tomorrow. That would have been a hefty shipping charge.
