I go to Dorney every year!
We get there right when it opens every time. Definitely going to hit up the go carts, too.

My girlfriend's family makes a day trip out of it with her cousins and their families for Halloween. I've been going for the past 2 or 3 years now with them.

Nice! My buddy goes to some college that's very close. He said if I go on any roller coaster I should be able to see it.

Can't say that I've ever been there for Halloween. I've been to Six Flags on Halloween though.
I love at night how the rides all light up. It looks really cool.

It's a blast. They set up Halloween haunted houses and walk throughs. They turn on fog machines at night, and it makes the rides seem completely different.

My girlfriend and I are thinking about making a trip to cedar point for hallo-weekends. The park is just so much better.

Make the trip, it's about 9 hours from Long Island and it's right on Lake Erie. We leave about 6-6:30 in the morning, stop for an hour at breakfast and still make it there by 4 in the afternoon. Then you check in go to the park that day, spend the next 2 at the park and water park then come home on the 4th. I know it's not too bad for 2 people. For 5 it's a little over $2k with everything included (food, gas, souvenirs, etc).

Any one for a trip to Alaska? I'm thinking on doing this before 2018. It will be At least a 3 week expedition. Survival trailers will probably be needed to haul food has and supplies between trails and camp spots.

I want to one day. Probably not any time soon though. Check through the forum. I forgot what section, but there's been a few members that have traveled to/through Alaska.

My interest is way in the future, like 30-40 years from now lmfao. With how everything is changing at the moment I don't know if I'll have time or money to do it. I have a career to find, college to graduate from (December!!!!), from there I end up in engagement ring territory. Within the 2 years from that I'm looking at a wedding and down payment for a house (on Long Island a "cheap" house is 400k). Then on top of that whatever else pops up. Possibly a project car, taking over the family boat, or even buying a JKU...

Now with that all said....I'd love to see pics, hear stories and whatever else you have to show about the trip. I'll live vicariously through you lol

Yes! Hopefully pay it off within the next few months.
It'll be nice to have some money again!

I think I have about another year on mine.

Anyways, hope you guys enjoyed your Labor Day weekend. I was out on the boat all weekend and had a blast. Lost count of how much we drank, but we went through 2 bottles of Patrón (the big ones and only 2-3 of us were drinking it) and more than a few cases of beer. :5SHOTS: :5SHOTS: :5SHOTS:

Well I guess mine is technically paid off since I traded in a week ago. Now onto another payment!
