I just bought a 2010 Jeep Liberty Limited and the radio was said to have bluetooth but it looks like it's only for calling, which by the way, apparently is terrible on the other end so I usually just use the aux cable for putting the audio through the speakers and talk loudly enough for the iphone mic to hear me. It's the navigation unit where the screen moves down and reveals a CD insert.
1. Is there a way to engage/activate bluetooth streaming of music (A2DP) feature on this radio?
2. Is there a way to have the USB be able to read the media on my phone? Many newer radios you can connect USB to it and it'll read the iphones media and I can play my Spotify through it. The benefit here is using the forward/reverse buttons on the radio/steering wheel to control moving to the next track without having to touch the phone and potentially causing an accident.
Would I need this thing or is this already something I can do with the USB insert above the AUX insert on the radio head itself?
I have that skyview fabric top which sounds like a hurricane while driving. I just drive from Brooklyn to Montreal and back and it was deafening. Would one of these types of wind deflectors reduce the noise?
