What is your goal for your jeep? Crawler or Dunes rig? Looks like it will be sweet. Hurry up.

Did you cut the rear section of your exhaaust off? Did it make a difference in sound at all?

the resonator was hagning 4'' lower than my rear bumper and was asking to be removed before I rip it off on a rock. I still have the stock muffler so inside with the windows up there is no difference in noise but outside you can hear a difference at low rpm.

Its finally done. well there are still a few bugs to work out but its drivable. Im at 3'' lift over stock with all my armor installed (approx 600#). The amount of lift in front is adjustable so I cranked the front to match the rear jba 4'' springs witch just gave me 2.5'' lift btw :( (2.75'' if I remove all the armor) I made 1/2'' spacers to jack up the rear a little more to get to 3'' witch is enough to fit 33's (with the pinch weld cut) So far the ride is great. the shocks are very stiff and I will most likely change the compression settings on them yet its still comfortable. stock the jeep always felt like a boat to me but now the shocks will not allow the least bit of bouncing after you hit a bump witch is very nice and almost wierd at first. Im still missing my super dooper front cv's but I shoud get them soon so I cant test the offroad ability yet. So far Im very satisfied with this lift but man what a pain it was to install and figure out all the bugs :? Im glad its over now and working :D

yes 33's most likely bfg km2's 285/75 16 on stock wheels with wheel spacers due to a lack of funds :( at first I wanted 305/70 16 on 16X8 or 16X9 wheels

WOW! Great job Bob.... Great job indeed - but... what's with the rear bumper? Is it the same bumper in both pics? If that is your rear steel bumper... that looks 100% stock!

Now when are those 33s coming?

He has his build rear bumper in both pics but only his built front in the after shot. His built rear bumper doesn't hand near as low as the stock one.
