I think you may be confusing tire 'squirm' with body roll. An aggressive off road tread pattern will tend to wander at higher speeds. Even so, it shouldn't be as bad as you're explaining... Hmmm :?:

Ya i put the lift on one saturday, the next saturday i had the alignment done then the saturday after that the tires were installed by the same place who did the alignment.

Did you notice this before the alignment? Before the new tires? When exactly did you notice this issue ... Since everything was done at different times you should be able to narrow down whats causing the issue.

It all started happening after the tires went on. Yes there was a little more roll when the lift went on but it ws still comfortable and i didnt mind it at all. Once the Tires went on is when it all started. Now say im on the highway doing say anywhere from 50-65 going straight, i will get some feedback like maybe the wind was blowing very hard and pushing the tires around some, thats what i referred to as the 'squirm'. But when driving these speeds if i turn the wheel say a quarter turn then turn it the other way a quarter turn is when the extreme body sway occurs, it seems as if the rear end is slow to respond and takes it time to react to the front end turning.

Retreads will do that, there unsafe enough as it is.

Could also be related in part, to your loose front end parts in your other thread?

Well the small click noise was happening with the original tires and it drove fine, but when i put the bigger tires is when im starting to have problems. I mean when a new tire is made is it pretty much the same process of putting tread on a casing and retreads are where they take the casing that hasn't been worn and apply another tread to it?

The best thing to do would be to put your stock tires back on and see what happens. We can guess all day long but until you work backwards and do process of elimination there is no way to tell.

I'm rechecking all bolts this weekend but it has to be the tires because it all began when the new ones went on. with the original Wrangler ST s it wasn't bad at all.

Working 2 Jobs and only having access to a shop on the weekends i don't have time during the week unfortunately. But like i said im convinced its the tires since everything was fine before them. And if it makes any sense the treads seem a little softer than most which i think might be contributing.

Let me try to say this in english now since I guess I wasn't speaking it before ... PUT YOUR STOCK TIRES BACK ON!!! That is the only way you will know for sure. If you are convinced its the tires get them off and see what happens.

And as i have said the truck drove fine with the old tires for one, and two im using the original rims so im not paying to have them swap the tires again and then swap them again when i buy new ones. I'm rechecking all bolts this weekend as im suppose to anyway after a couple hundred miles but like i said everything was fine until the tires went on so chances are its the tires.

relax Mike... he'll check everything out first. I know he said it was fine with the other tires, but for him to pay money right now when he doesnt need to, because it could be something simple like a loose bolt, it would be a waste. Ya never know what could have been loosened up. I say check it out and take pictures if we find nothing let us know some information about the tires especially the wall stiffness, and your PSI. may sound dumb but if you using a rim and you keep going cant the rim at some point not support a tall tire? especially if the PSI is wrong. either way take it step by stpep and we are all here to HELP and not CRITICIZE or USE CAPS FOR THAT MATTER :P .

hope you figure out everything and it all works out in the end!

Thanks man lol, ya everything is getting checked early tomorrow morning and im going to take pictures along the way because maybe im missing out
on something. But ya i would assume sooner or later the tire would be too big but in my case i don't think going from 225/75 to 245/75 wouldnt make a big difference. The treads that come on these TreadWrights are 17/32" compared to the BFG that's at 16/32" so the treads are a little deeper but what i think the problem is, is the treads seem soft. Like if i move the treads between my thumb and index finger i would expect them to be a little more resistant. But i will update tomorrow night after i get out of work around 10PM EST. Once again guys thanks for all input (Even you Mike as i know you mean well :P )
