that's ok.. even though their web page doesn't give any phone number under "Contact us", it did give an address in Florida. I found the phone number and plan to call them tomorrow.

so I got the police report today....

the "big" woman actually admitted to the police that the accident was her fault. They issued her a citation.

So I'm good to go now with getting my bumper replaced without a deductible.

My auto insurance, USAA, provides me a lifetime warranty on the repairs, if I use a body shop in their network. They sent me to Courtesy Body Shop. They also provide me a rental.

The other insurance company accepted responsibility today and told me to take my car over to Courtesy Body Shop and they would pay for repairs, and they called Enterprise and set me up with a rental of a full size car while it's in the shop.

Now I'm wondering if I should let my insurance company pay for it, since they provide a lifetime warranty on repairs? I've got an email in to them asking that question. If they pay for it, the other insurance company reimburses them.

We'll see what happens. Either way, I'm taking it in next Monday for repairs.

E3s are notorious for not actually being that good of a plug. ive read about alot of fouling and sparking E3s...

Yeah, I put a set of those on my old saturn, they were supposed to give increased performance and mileage, but I saw no difference in either, and they are like $5 more per plug. About 6 months later, my engine misfires all the time and being that it was a four banger, the thing would have trouble just getting going. Anyway, took me a little while to rule out everything but the plugs, which were still pretty new, but I put regular plugs back in, and it was all better. E3 plugs are crap, don't buy them

so I took my KK in to the body shop on Monday. The other person's insurance company is covering the entire repair, plus they gave me a really nice 2010 Chrysler Town & Country mini van to drive til my Jeep gets repaired.

The body shop called Monday and said that after they got the bumper off, they found damage to the shock absorbers and the right front head lamp assembly, so they are ordering all those parts, along with a new bumper. They said it should be ready Thursday or Friday... meantime, I'm enjoying this van.

Nice. Make sure you look at your PS cooler and condenser for "damage they caused" when you get it back. When mine went in for work, the body shop ended up puncher my condenser...
