Gas overflow every time I fill up

This sounds like the same issue I had with my Wife's Durango. The pump would shutoff when full but quite a bit of fuel would spray out/overflow. It turned out that the breather line was plugged, The Dealer replaced it at no cost even though the vehicle was out of warranty.

After calling 3 dealerships someone finally said "why yes this does exist" and has a lifetime warranty extension. Getting my new gas tank Thursday

Got mine replaced for free out of warranty as well.

Replaced entire gas tank. 08 KK about 1.5 years ago.
