Has anyone had experience with Cooper Discoverer STT's? I never hear much about them but they seem to be a decent enough tire.

If I am wrong please correct me but if people have had good experience with them or have pictures of them throw them up!

I actually got .2 better mpg with those Michelins over a few tanks average

I've had the STTs and they are a relatively hard compound and started chunking the first time I took them off-road. I sold them to a desperate friend with only 5000 miles on them. I give them a thumbs down.

The STT's are what I run on my XJ in a 35". I have no complaints so far, but we don't have much rocks up her in NY. Though they held up and performed quite well up in Ardbeg, ON over the weekend and there's plenty of rocks there. They are definitely louder than an AT but still have great road manners for an MT.

Thought I would let everyone know what new tires I ended up with.... well I am not sure since they came on a new Grand Cherokee. Traded the Liberty, loved it, but repairs were mounting and it was feeling small. Thanks for everyone's input!

Needed new tires, ended up with an entirely new Jeep. Wish I could do the same!
