What LED have you added to you KK?

I've always went with red leds for my taillights (simply looks better being pure red) but, I have been debating on if it is the better choice as well for the spider lights due to their brightness.

I tried both red and white LED. It seems like white LED is the brightest. Especially for the stop light as the housing is red already... when I convert my tail light I got the clear cover red LED tail light for that reason

Just got some LED strip on Amazon...Gonna add some extra light in the interior- Glove box, rear seats and convert the front foot well light to LED :JEEPIN:

Nice! Which LED bulbs did you use. I did mine but I think it's kinda dimmer than stock.

I ordered some 9 LED 42MM festoons from Superbrightleds for the front maps and cargo area which is what all the bulb cross reference says is the correct size, but I think a 40mm festoon would fit better. I had some leftover 5 LED t-10's I got off ebay a year or so ago for different vehicle project that worked for the rear seat courtesy lights and footwells. Only odd thing is they will not come on by pressing on the light cover when the key is notin the on position. They work fine when the doors are opened or the key is in the on position. They are definately brighter than the OEM bulbs.

my driver side light will turn on but the left side won't...lol

Well, I just completed my latest led project! Two 18.8" red led strips and some 3M emblem tape for $10 gets you:

I simply tapped the led strips into the brake lights high output, I think of it as added safety and style. As soon as I can get a night shot, I will post it up.

That's Looks cool...you should add the strobe relay...so it flash when you slammed the brakes :goink:

To bad superbriteleds don't offer there older festoon LED's,much brighter then those new ones by far.I have both(old style in the KJ and new style in the Town Car).

led reverse blinkers and interior were added and obviously my bars have been there for a while
