Got it done today... I got the KC mount 7/8"-1" and it fits my rack perfectly.
I ended up drilling the KC mounts, because it didn't line up correctly with the light bar mounts (the rack's flooring/support was in the way)
BTW, this thing is BRIGHT! It lit up my whole house and the entire block lol.
How you doin with yours?

Looks awesome. Just got word that the mounts and harness came in today. I got the 1 1/4- 1 1/2" KC mounts. Hope I didn't go to big. Lol. Plan on at least getting the light mounted and if time allows ill do the harness this weekend. Can't wait to see the results.

Btw, did you use any different type of bolts to prevent theft?

Thanks :)
If you have a caliper, measure the tube diameter on your rack. (mine was 1")
Great thing about amazon, returns are easy.
My Surco crossbars and the Rhino rack mounting plates, both need special tool/key
before you can take em off.
For the light itself, it's up there and its mounted so tight in there they're going to have a hard time stealing that thing. lol
But, if they really want it they will take it.
Heres a few more pics and some night shots for BMXer, (sorry the camera didn't capture the night pics well)
It is very bright, you cant even look directly at it :D
it lit up the entire block! no kidding.

I like it. Makes me want to come up with a way to mount one on my KK. Skyslider kills most lightbars. The only thing I can see is using the a-pillars around the windshield like the Wranglers and most pickups do.

Installed the light bar. So far I love how it looks mounted. In the day time looks pretty bright. Can't give review on its true brightness until I test it next weekend upstate but I turned it on in my dark living room last night and it was almost like daytime.

Ok, here is a small preview. Think it will be insane when I'm upstate on pitch black road with not street lights....

Just headlights

Headlight/fog light

Headlight/fog light/long range bumper lights

Headlight/fog light/long range/light bar

No lights

Just light bar

Might not be a $1000 rigid bar, but I'll take it for $50!

Looks good :)
Did you tap into an "Ignition ON" only wire for the positive hookup?
Mine is hooked up to the battery (per their instruction) but the tiny
led light on my switch stays on. Not too worried about the draw, but I will eventually
hook it so it will only turn on when ignition/engine is on.

I have contura V Switches, and I wired the switch into the dimmer wire attached to the 4 wheel drive sleector, then I wired the switch power to the relay in the fuse panel to the Jeep that controls the interior lights, so even though if I accidently leave the switch for the lights on, they go off when I take the key out of the ignition.

Cool :)
I actually ordered the daystar switches, but was too lazy lol
I ended up just using the supplied switch from the kit.

All my power feeds run to the bolt on the fuse box. I switched out the stock switch to a KC switch to match the one I have for the bumper lights.

Your right, the stock switch was annoying with the light always on.

So now light is only one when switched to on.

Totally awesome. Curious what long range bumper lights you had on there already.
