just had to go unstuck my buddies TJ with my currently 2wd Liberty.

tested some flex with the swaybar discoed, kinda difficult in 2wd but i think i get a whole 2 3/4" travel out of the front suspension with it discoed. hopefully it gets better when getting twisted up in 4wd. i would need to go back and actually remove the pinch weld though cause even with it flattened i got rub at full lock and if it went up more it would be worse. at this point im thinking the front end is better off with a lunchbox locker then being discoed.

Image

idk why it looks like there is something crazy jagged where the pinch weld is... its definitely a shadow or something.

Tinted the tails this afternoon. I just gave em a real light coat of the VHT Nightshade so they have more of a smoked look. Hopefully, the lighter coat will allow more heat transfer and I'll be able to avoid the melting/warping. I guess its time for LEDs just to be safe. 8) I would post before and after pics, but I left my camera at the office this weekend. Oh well....

trying to find some good rotors, napa ultra premiums are apparently out of stock for who knows how long. only performance ones i can find are drilled and slotted or one or the other. i dont want any of that. the sand around here would get stuck in the slots and wear the pads faster then they already do. found some stoptech rotors on a website but they want almost $35 for shipping which is a little absurd if you ask me cause thats a 1/3rd of the price for just the two rotors.

Installed my Jet 2 chip (Thanks DirtyKK), Had my 7" touchscreen DVD/CD/MP3 with navigation and Sirius installed, and got an oil change. Now I need to start polishing the wheels I got for her.

Oh yea, and I went to the dealership for an .......... and to replace my e-brake cover.
They told me I have to come back again during the week for the e-brake because there was some controversy over some warranty crap... IVE ONLY HAD IT FOR 4 MONTHS!!!! 3000 MILES!!! Give me a break. I even bought it with it broken and theyre being a pain.

Don't think you're alone. Mine's never been attached since the day I got it. It was like that sitting in the lot. lol Ahh, the quality of the domestic car dealer.

This reminds me of a good story about a friend's truck:

3 guys, all working on an old Chevy pickup in a garage just like the one you were in. They put on a 6" lift kit and 35's. Not that big you'd think... until they tried to drive it out of the garage.

It was at least 4" too high to get under the roof line of the exit. :-)r
