215. Signal lamps and devices - additional lighting equipment. (1)

Right on! It seems my white blinkers really are legal. That makes my fairly crappy day just a little bit better. :lol:

Funny, it got me thinking about some of them too. Like why I have to wear that ugly plate on my front bumper. I was looking at some of the fines here: http://www.state.co.us/gov_dir/leg_dir/ ... sl_413.htm Not 100% sure it's up to date but it's pretty interesting.

I had the driver and passenger windows tinted.

Also spent time trying to dry headliner corner by driver's head area. Randomly leaked again. Do you think it possible that the water going down the drain hole froze and backed up when our temperatures rapidly dropped below freezing? We went from rain to ice real fast yesterday. Threw the roof cross rails and bugshield back on just to give me something to do. Getting spring fever and ready for camping.

Thanks. I went with 35%, Its just over the limit legally but not quite dark enough to match the rear windows. Still easy to see out of at night. I was going for enough tint to cut glare and hopefully enough to help ease on the air conditioning during summer. Local Ziebart shop did the work.

It should help a lot. Mine is 18% to match the rear and it helped a ton.

Does anyone want to send me their lower front air-dam they took off??? My '08 doesn't have one but I want it. :mrgreen:

Yea, Ziebart was offering 50, 35, and 20% tint grades. They passed along that local officials haven't been pulling people over on the darker tint, but the next county over (that I frequent) has a few officers that have made drivers pull it off while stopped. I thought having a tint a little lighter than the rear windows would help me avoid being questioned about it while still keeping interior cooler. Sorry I can't help you with the front airdam unless you want to buy me one of Mtnluvr's new front bumpers. Then I'll give the air dam to you free :-)r

Since I bought my KK used, I don't know if mine ever had one at all. Since I'm thinking of going back to my original plan with my mods, I'd like to have one. If you have yours and it's in good shape, I'll trade you a little cash for it. Hmmm, wonder what I need to install it.

All you need are the plastic clips to install it. Theyre cheap enough.

put on my smittybilt G.E.A.R on my front seats about a week ago, just got the rear seat cover in today... It doesnt fit... but who's to say that i wont/ can't make it fit? pssssht Tomorrow that gets done as well as the resistor for my LED bulbs in my taillights... saturday im too busy to even think about my truck and if im home early sunday i'm gunna try and get some odds and ends that need to be done finished
