I very much hate you sometimes! I'd kill for that mileage! :5SHOTS: lol

My city mileage has been 18 lately. Hoping to bump it up slightly since I added the air dam the other day. It's a fun Jeep. The mods have been worth it.

On a stock 08 my personnal best 100% highway was 18mpg :banghead:

I don't think I've missed one in the last 4 months: https://www.fuelly.com/driver/brunolambert/liberty

Ouch. You probably just need to adjust a few things. I've never gone 100 percent highway, but I believe 200 miles on the highway is the most I've gone. That fillup was 22 mpg. :grim:

And what's up with that intake? Doesn't look like the stock one.

Stock intake, just has the extra part to suppress some of the intake noise
early KJs had a similar set up

Never seen that on a KK before. That puts the IAT on the opposite side. I had a feeling it was a KJ intake or something.

Just drove by a Nitro that looked to have Liberty Jet rims. Looked sharp.

Good morning to you!
It's a nice morning in New Jersey. I think it might be 35 degrees out which is warm enough to work on the Jeep.
Gonna clean the ABS sensors.

Well that got a little too intimidating for me. I didn't want to break a sensor so I stopped before I did.
At least I took all the wheels off and gave everything a good look over.
My Jeep is quite dirty and could sure use a wash, too.

Sorry to hear, were you cleaning them because of an ABS light?

Washed mine yesterday, raining today. Figures. :banghead:

Hello from Charlotte, North Carolina. Home to the newly eliminated Carolina Panthers and the embarrassing basketball team no one wants to claim.

Getting my wheels on tomorrow can't wait!

No, just for the hell of it. Cleaned some other bits under the hood.
Gotta hate when it rains after you washed it, but then again, I appreciate the rain after all the salt that has been on my Jeep from the snow we've had on the east coast.

A couple of things, I retired and wound up divorced, the last winter I was there we had 3 12"-18" snow storms within 36 hours of each other I said that was enough of this crap. I sold everything but my 06 LJ and hit the road, wound up in Moab,Utah and stayed there a year. A friend of mine I worked with retired here and I came to visit and stayed, love the people and the weather.

It's a very easy vehicle to understand, especially when we've got some very smart people on the KJ/KK side that have torn them apart multiple times.
