Back and in Action!!!!

Yesterday was the first day I got to use 4wd in MONTHS. Went to the beach with a few LOST guys and got to test the truck a little. the 4.56's and 33's moved the truck effortlessly on the sand. Got to test the lockers and 4-lo as well. Leaving the beach we were all parked on small incline, but many people who were also on it were spinning there tires and digging in. Needless to say, I pulled right out without having to back up and get any momentum. Obviously It's not the most extreme test to put my rig through, but after all my headaches I wanted to confirm it all worked properly before I did anything crazy. Well it all works now

Almost there, then again it is a Jeep... there is always something new to fix or upgrade to.

I cant wait to see it. I hav the roof rack but can't figure out how to incorporate lights. And why you need drive shaft? Crazy angle or just want a stronger one.

Decided to change out my main drive fluids, and decided to add a mod while I was at it  Its made by Solid Axle, the Chrysler 8.25 diff cover. Added some color to it as well  , and filled it with Amsoil 75w-145.

Got the hypertech flash installed today. Seems to be no issues so far. Tuned it for the 4.56 gears and larger tires. I will Let you all know soon how it runs in about a week.

Took a photo for ya all today. HAPPY Fourth Everyone!

Bath today!
17" wheels from a Limited because I never thought the 2008 Sport 16 inchers looked like they belonged on a Jeep and 245/65/17's a while back. Made an UNBELIEVABLY HUGE improvement in handling.

Slept in it!

So went to a party at my fruends uncles house. Long story short his uncle recently passed and my friend was taking care of him because his aunt is disabled and in a wheel chair. So last night this guy who his aunt invited was pretty rude yelling at my friends and I for very small reasons. We do this party every year and this was the last year they were doing it because his uncle died. So my friend had a room here and it was really his room for the last 6 years besides weekends when he came home. And when it was rime to go to sleep he found this guy in his bed. Well every year we also sleep in my friends room( the basement) so it put 12 of us without a room. So instead of sleepin outside. I inflated the twin air mattress I had IN MY TRUCK and had be a grand ol time while everyobe else slept sitting up.

The airmatress is a snug fit but it worked out!

wow glad to hear everything went well in your favor. How was the mattress width wise possible for a fullsize? i know some guys with from FJ forum who removed their back seeats and made a platform and setup for camping.

I don't know about air mattress size. But I've slept in mine using a foam mattress that's from a travel trailer. It's to long but I folded it. Width was perfect.
Rear seats fold flat enough, I don't see the need to remove/ make a platform. I placed my bag of clothes and small cooler on the front passenger seat that I had down too.
