Those blues look really good in there. I did red throughout the interior of my SRT, then i would turn it on at night while driving. I liked the stealth version. You could still read, and it didn't bug the driver.

Which SRT do you have/had?
THis is a MUST mod for any R/T or SRT vehicle

I had some custom made eyelids on her, and we used to joke that she looked like a pi$$ed off ladybug.

Then she got hit by a deer. The place that did the work for me, could not find someone to remake the eyelid that needed replacement, so. Instead of having just one, making it look like it had a stroke, I took them off.
I had alot of money in that thing. I miss her.

Update on the mod:
My license plate bulbs went out.. I emailed autolumination and they told me that I need some voltage load equalizer.... I went back to stock bulbs on the license plate... meh....... :(
I guess that as long as the interior bulbs dont go south everything´s a ok!

I took out my license plate lights too . . . darn things were strobing . . . ahhh well. I still love the interior ones, and I get a ton of compliments.

Do they dim and everything ok like the OEMs? I have a few blown bulbs, my cargo light reminds me of one of those 25 cent key chain flash lights that don't even light up the keys theyre attached to..

could use a arrow to the KJ part numbers for these if they aren't the same, i'm slightly sleep drugged and half asleep at the moment

that's when I make most of my purchases

They dim and everything, your best bet is to use the sylvania site to get the bulb sizes, then go from there.

just to let anyone know that this mod causes problems for the 02-07 KJ. I have an 03 and just completed this mod to find out that two of the lights (passenger map and rear cargo) get a back feed of power from somewhere. what this causes the leds to do, is after the door is shut and the lights have dimmed, the leds will continue to run for 25 seconds more but only one half of the led will light @ about half of the voltage. the other problem is when the vehicle is running(the same leds), only one half of the led lights and @ about half of the voltage causing it always to have a dim glow. just thought i would let everyone know being that the led are not cheap. they do look really good thought for you KK owners :x that are looking at getting them

that symptom is called afterglow

to fix it you add a bypass resistor

it can happen with any LED light most notably interior lights and turn signals

a 25ohm resistor on the power feed from the junction that goes to the interior light circuit under the hood will eliminate it

thanks jarhead and i thought i was going to have to explain to the wife why i spent 100 bucks on something that doesn't work . you just saved my bacon

will it stop the afterglow that is happening even when the vehicle is running ??

do you know where abouts to get one?? im assuming any electronics supply would carry them

radio shack, advance auto, autozone

should be like 25w 25ohm i'sh resistor, all it is is residual voltage on the wire due to the absence of incandescent power wastes the voltage backfeeds and when the dimmer turns off the circuit you have voltage trapped until the leds use up the residual

figure about 3 ohms per interior light you replaced with LED, 25ohm would do it, 12ohm probably would actually

Reach under the liftgate handle and light bar unit (2) to access and depress the latch tab (1) on the outboard side of the license plate lamp lens toward the lens (3).
3. Pull the outboard side of the lens downward far enough to disengage the two tabs on the inboard side of the lens from the lamp housing.
4. Remove the lens from under the handle and light bar.

5. Firmly grasp and pull the bulb (2) straight out of the socket (1) in the outboard side of the lamp housing.

ok... am seriously considering this as I think it would look sick in my 2011 KK Jet. Was thinking about doing everything EVERYTHING in blue. any suggestions? for you people that have done this do you forsee any issues with having the entire lighting system in Blue (outside of everyone thinking i'm an Avatar)?
