Agreed. I get my fair share as well, but the shock on their face when they actually see us on the trail makes up for it.

If it offends you when you go to the Ford dealership to look for a new car for your mother in law and the salesman asks if you want to trade your car (2011 Jeep) in. I was offended. I love my Jeep. I haven't put nearly enough scratches in it yet.

You know you drive a KK when people are impressed when you tell them you have a 19.5 gallon capacity gas tank.

That's probably better than 40 percent the KK drivers on this forum.

That's reassuring. I used the most common number I've seen on another forum, I don't think I ever manage to make more than 250 and I don't really see my as an aggressive driver.

There are sooo many JK's driven by "soccer moms" that don't know about the "Jeep wave" that I don't bother giving them one. I do however give a "Jeep wave" to a lifted Jeep.

When I'm driving my YJ they wave back. When I'm driving my KJ they don't, unless they know me.
When I'm driving my Patriot I duck down. I'm embarrassed

Depends how many miles on your engine. Cold starts, short trips, and city driving aren't great for mileage. Have a clean air filter, keep changing the oil, and run good OEM spark plugs.

Not that I rly wave to ppl (Ill wave back if they wave but I never really initiate the wave. If I wanted to wave to ppl I'd buy a wrangler or get on a parade float lol) but I've definitely gotten more waves from wranglers than I have other KK or KJ drivers.

Bahahaha I agree. I usually give a thumbs up to modded Wranglers as I see fit and they tend to wave back

I had a KJ wave to me when I was in my Patriot. I had no idea what he was doing and I think it embarrased him. He tried to play it off as if he was scratching his head. Too many Jeeps around to be waiving at everyone. I'll just stick to parking next to another Jeep.

You know your a KK owner when you can't believe you owned a MK.

Yeah, we should have a 250/280 club. That's about my limit. I already belong to the 800 club for my 2013 VW Passat TDI.

But you know you drive a KK when you wish you had just put your kidney health aside and got the wrangler.

When you tell your friends about future mods you want to make to your KK and they ask "why didn't you just buy a Wrangler in the first place?"

You know you drive a KK when you never use your brakes because the act of coasting slows it down enough.
